The House is divided into two sections: the Senior House and the Junior House. There is accommodation for 22 boarders in Years 9 and 10 and 40 boarders in Years 11 and 12, making a total of 62 in all. Year 11 and 12 boys share a room with one other boy. In Years 9 and 10, the accommodation is a combination of balcony and open areas.

Each House is well appointed and has its own common room, kitchen and television room. For after-hours study, the boarders have ready access to the school library, notebooks and the internet. Boarders also have access to all facilities within the Xavier Sports Centre.
