Our Enrolment Process

Step 1

Completion of the online Admission Form, submitted with a non-refundable fee of $150. 

After we receive your completed form and admission fee, your child’s name will be added to our application list for the relevant year level of entry. Confirmation of the completed Admission Form will be emailed to you.


Step 2

Two years prior to your preferred year of entry, a letter will be sent asking you to complete further information to commence the admission process. 

So that we can assist your child in the best possible way, we ask that you provide at that point any details of your child’s special needs, so we can prepare for how best to meet their requirements.


Step 3

Applications are considered according to criteria contained in the Enrolments Policy and an interview will be arranged.  

Please note that not all applicants will be considered for interview and an interview does not guarantee that a place will be offered.


Step 4

A place is offered to the successful applicant.


Step 5 (Middle Years intake only) 

Once your son’s place at the College is confirmed, we then require they undertake an academic assessment. 


Please note that Xavier College is not registered to accept international students.
